The LADID provides enhanced safety, maintenance, business and residential support, economic development and communications programs, above and beyond those provided by the City.

LADID is a business improvement district (BID) that covers 260 acres with boundaries roughly between Third (N) and Eighth and Olympic (S), San Pedro (W) and Alameda (E) Streets. LADID is administered by the Central City East Association (CCEA), the principal advocate for property owners, businesses, employees and residents in the eastside industrial area of Downtown Los Angeles.
