The BID joined forces with City Council District 14 for “Built in DTLA,” an event to showcase the work of the numerous designers, makers and creators who have found a home here in our Industrial District. On June 27, these talented artists and artisans opened their studios to the public for a behind-the-scenes tour that included metalwork, ceramics and live glass blowing demonstrations. 150 attendees experienced the diversity of our District and its contribution to the designs that are shaping our lives.
