The Industrial District BID regularly tracks a number of security and maintenance statistics, with selected indicators. As we move into 2020 we can track our total statistics throughout 2019.

In 2019 we removed a total of 118,817 bags of trash, weighing 1,780 tons. For comparison, 1,780 tons is around the same weight of 1.2 Giant Redwood Trees!

On average the trash removal was highest during the winter months, January, November, and December, when the monthly average of trash removed was 11,500 bags, or about 172 tons.
