Trash Removal
In total, 30,418 bags of trash were removed in Q1 2020, weighing 456 tons:
Pressure Wash Requests
The BID provides pressure washing services now upon request, to mitigate public health hazards from bodily fluids and waste on sidewalks and in business doorways.
In Q1 2020, the BID received a total of 782 pressure wash requests– a 21% decrease over the amount of pressure wash requests the BID received during Q4 2019.
Graffiti Removal Requests
Also during Q1 2020, the BID responded to 2,864 graffiti removal requests. This represents a 18% decrease over the amount of graffiti removed in the previous quarter in Q4 2019.
Public Safety Incident Reports
The BID responded to 682 public safety incidents during Q1 2020– a 17% decrease over the previous quarter.
