Trash Removal
In total, 31,566 bags of trash were removed in Q3 2021, weighing 473 tons. We’ve experienced a 37% increase over our 2019 totals and 50% increase in trash compared to 2020.
Pressure Wash Requests
The BID provides pressure washing services now upon request, to mitigate public health hazards from bodily fluids and waste on sidewalks and in business doorways.
In Q3 2021, the BID received a total of 1,216 pressure wash requests. 2021 YTD totals are up 35% from 2020 and 41% compared to 2019.
Graffiti Removal Requests
During Q3 2021, the BID responded to 2,416 graffiti removal requests, which is over a 30% increase from Q2.
Public Safety Service Requests
The BID responded to 803 public safety incidents during Q3 2021. This represents a significant increase from Q2.
